📍 Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of Indian dishes, including North Indian, South Indian, gravies, curries, dals, rice, breads, and other regional specialties as required by the menu.

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and food quality.

• Manage daily food preparation, mise en place, and kitchen operations.

• Handle kitchen equipment safely

• Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations

• Prepare authentic Indian dishes as per the menu.

• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.

• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety.

• Manage food preparation and minimise wastage.

• Follow company standards and recipes.
