Control food cost and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Develop new recipes and menu items.
Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
Ensure timely food preparation and service.
Requirements
Experience as a Multi Cuisine Chef in restaurant, café, or hotel.
Good knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team handling and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Flexible for shifts and weekends.
