Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for residents and guests

• Cook Indian, Continental, Asian, and international dishes as per recipe

• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

• Plan menus as per dietary requirements and preferences

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage areas, utensils, and appliances

• Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, and inventory control

• Manage grocery and kitchen supply requirements

• Prepare special meals for guests, meetings, and events when required

• Maintain professional conduct, discipline, and punctuality

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional or residential cook

• Strong knowledge of Indian, Continental, Chinese, Italian, and basic international cuisines

• Must speak and understand basic to good English

• Excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety

• Physically fit, disciplined, polite, and trustworthy

• Flexible working hours and willingness to support events / guests

• Must be willing to relocate and stay on the property with family (not alone)
