Ensure cost-effective menu planning

Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff
Assign duties and manage work schedules
Maintain discipline and team coordination
🛒 Inventory & Cost Control
Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination
Control food costs and kitchen expenses
Ensure proper storage of ingredients
🧼 Hygiene & Safety
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines)
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
Conduct regular quality checks
