Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, maintain food quality, and manage the kitchen team efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, menu planning expertise, and a passion for culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff management.
Plan and create menus, recipes, and food presentations.
Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Manage kitchen inventory and control food costs.
Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock purchasing.
Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
Develop new dishes and seasonal specials.
