· Food Preparation: Cook menu items (Burgers, fries, Sandwiches,Pasta, Wraps, Lasagna, Thai food) following established recipes, portion controls, and specific customer requests.
· Equipment Operation: Use and maintain large-volume commercial equipment like grills, deep fryers, griddles, and ovens.
· Speed and Accuracy: Read order slips or monitor digital screens to assemble multiple orders simultaneously during peak rushes.
· Safety & Sanitation: Adhere to health codes (e.g., FSSAI standards) by monitoring food temperatures, preventing cross-contamination, and proper labelling.
· Station Maintenance: Clean and sanitize work surfaces, dispose of waste properly, and ensure workstations are fully stocked with ingredients and utensils.
· Inventory Handling: Receive deliveries, check ingredient freshness, discard expired items, and communicate supply shortage
· Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure to minimize customer wait times.
· Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for long shifts, lift heavy supplies, and work in hot, fast-paced environments.
· Teamwork: Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with cashiers and front-of-house staff.
