Roles and Responsibilities-
Customer Handling-
Greet customers.
Punch orders.
Collect customer feedback and manage issues.
Billing-
Correctly manage different billing types-online,cash,dine in, takw away.
Summarize cash and online bills after shift closing.
Order prep-
Assist team in order prep.
Monitor and control food wastage.
Follow SOPs for order prep.
Team management-
Manage shift roster.
Ensure strict adherence to shift timings.
Ensure overall hygiene and SOPs.
Inventory Management-
Manage and maintain inventory of all products and packaging material.
Follow FIFO.
Indent material from base kitchen based on fast and slow moving items.
Eligibility-
Experience in (steaming,frying momos/dimsums) chinese/Japanese/Korean is preferred.
Able to manage live station for noodles and gravies.
Experience in QSR work environment is a must.
Able to communication in Hindi and English.
Graduation/diploma in Hotel Management is preferred.
