We are looking for a Crew Member to join our team at Arroy Foods Private Limited(Dimsum Corner) and prepare delicious food for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16000 - ₹20000.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

2. Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment.

3. Cook food in a timely manner as per SOP.

4. Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.

5. Billing using Petpooja.

6. Manage & Control Food cost & wastage

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 5 years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.

हम अपनी टीम में एक क्रू मेंबर की नियुक्ति करना चाहते हैं, जो हमारे ग्राहकों के लिए स्वादिष्ट और गुणवत्तापूर्ण भोजन तैयार कर सके। इस पद की मुख्य जिम्मेदारियों में SOP के अनुसार भोजन तैयार करना और परोसना, मेन्यू की तैयारी एवं व्यवस्था करना तथा आवश्यकता पड़ने पर किचन स्टाफ को कार्य सौंपना और उनका मार्गदर्शन करना शामिल है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)

1. किचन क्षेत्र में सभी स्वास्थ्य एवं सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।

2. खाना बनाने के लिए किचन में आवश्यक बर्तनों, उपकरणों और अन्य सामग्री की उचित व्यवस्था करना।

3. निर्धारित SOP के अनुसार समय पर भोजन तैयार करना।

4. खाद्य सामग्री की ताजगी और गुणवत्ता की जाँच करना तथा एक्सपायरी हो चुकी सामग्री को उपयोग से हटाना।

5. Petpooja सॉफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से ग्राहकों की बिलिंग करना।

6. फूड कॉस्ट को नियंत्रित करना तथा खाने की बर्बादी (Food Wastage) को कम करना।

नौकरी के लिए आवश्यक योग्यताएँ (Job Requirements)

1. शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं से कम पढ़ा-लिखा उम्मीदवार भी आवेदन कर सकता है।

2. अनुभव: 2 से 5 वर्ष का संबंधित कार्य का अनुभव।

3. खाना बनाने की विभिन्न तकनीकों, एडवांस एवं नॉन-ट्रेडिशनल कुकिंग और रेसिपी की जानकारी होना।

4. किचन की साफ-सफाई, स्वच्छता एवं सैनिटाइजेशन के नियमों की जानकारी होना।

5. समय का सही प्रबंधन करने की क्षमता (Time Management Skills)।

6. टीम को संभालने और आवश्यकता पड़ने पर नेतृत्व करने की क्षमता (Leadership Skills)।

अतिरिक्त योग्यता: किसी मान्यता प्राप्त कुकिंग स्कूल से डिप्लोमा या संबंधित क्षेत्र में सर्टिफिकेट रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
