Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate expert knife skills, including julienne, dicing, chopping, slicing, and fast cutting.
Prepare recipes according to standardized recipes and maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Handle grilling, cooking, plating, and food preparation as per brand standards.
Read, understand, follow, and clearly explain recipe manuals and SOPs.
Conduct online and offline training for franchise partners and kitchen staff.
Train kitchen teams on recipes, cooking techniques, food safety, hygiene, portion control, and plating.
Provide hands-on support during new franchise outlet openings and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Monitor food quality and identify deviations from standard recipes and processes.
Ensure proper implementation of kitchen SOPs and operational guidelines.
Coordinate with franchise partners and operations teams to resolve kitchen-related issues.
Travel to different locations for 20–25 days as required for franchise training, outlet launches, and operational support.
Prepare training and outlet support reports and provide regular feedback to the operations team.
