About TRUIBE

TRUIBE is dedicated to revolutionizing wellness by transforming how households incorporate

sustainable nutritional habits.

By combining structured systems with human expertise, TRUIBE is building a model where nutrition is

not just planned - but consistently executed in people’s homes.

We are currently running our pilot program in Sarjapur, Bengaluru, onboarding a select group of

chefs who will help shape this system from the ground up.

Early team members will have opportunities to grow into senior and leadership roles as TRUIBE

expands.

Role Overview

TRUIBE is onboarding a small group of Personal Nutrition Chefs for a 12-week pilot program, with the

possibility of performance-based conversion to a full-time role upon successful completion.

This is a client-facing culinary role focused on discipline, hygiene, and consistent execution of

structured meals in client homes.

Work Structure

On-site across client homes in Bengaluru (currently concentrated in Sarjapur)

Structured workdays (~9 hours)

Defined schedules and client allocations

Professional client-facing environment

Clients You’ll Work With

Fitness enthusiasts and active individuals

Sports professionals and athletes

Health-conscious families

Meals are structured, calorie-aligned and goal-driven.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Compensation varies based on:

Experience and culinary skill level

Consistency and performance

High-performing chefs will have opportunities to grow within the TRUIBE system as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Execute meals with consistency in taste, nutrition, and portion

Maintain strong hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI / HACCP aligned)

Manage preparation, cooking, and kitchen cleanup

Follow TRUIBE SOPs, schedules, and meal structures

Maintain professional interaction with clients

Degree in Hotel Management (BHM / BHMCT / MHM) or Diploma in Culinary Arts / Hotel

Management

Strong cooking fundamentals and hygiene practices

Disciplined, reliable, and able to work independently

Requirements

Available to start immediately

Willing to work on-site in Sarjapur, Bengaluru

Open to identity and background verification
