• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and workstations

• Follow food safety standards (FSSAI / local regulations)

• Store ingredients properly (FIFO method)

• Monitor food temperatures and storage conditions

• Wear proper hygiene gear (gloves, caps, aprons)

📦 3. Order Management

• Check incoming online orders (Swiggy, Zomato, Uber Eats, etc.)

• Ensure accurate preparation as per order instructions

• Coordinate with packing staff for correct labeling

• Minimize order errors and customer complaints

• Monitor daily stock levels

• Inform supervisor about low stock items
