Job Opening: Domestic Cook & Kitchen Helper (North Indian & Non-Veg Specialist)
Locations: Two residential houses (Morning & Afternoon shifts)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (In-hand)

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cook and Kitchen Helper to handle cooking and kitchen management across two households.

Shift Timings

• Morning Timing: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Afternoon Timing: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  (Slight adjustments may be made based on final discussion)

Key Responsibilities

• Cooking: Prepare delicious, high-quality North Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

• Kitchen Maintenance: Clean utensils, wash dishes, and keep the kitchen counters, cooking utensils, and equipment clean and organized.

• Food Preparation: Gather necessary ingredients, check food freshness, and discard out-of-date items.

• Customization: Modify recipes to meet dietary preferences or requests (e.g., lower spice levels, dairy-free, nut-free).

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with health and hygiene standards across both kitchens.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Education below the 10th standard.

• Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in domestic cooking, household kitchen maintenance, and non-veg preparation.

• Skills:

  • Expertise in authentic North Indian cuisine and non-vegetarian cooking techniques.

  • Strong time-management skills to efficiently manage duties across two households.

  • Willingness to handle all kitchen chores, including heavy utensil cleaning and prep work.
