Prepare and cook menu items as per QSR SOPs and standard recipes
Ensure speed of service without compromising food quality
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI)
Perform mise-en-place and station readiness before service
Follow FIFO, portion control, and wastage control guidelines
Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Coordinate with team members during peak hours
Assist in training team members and commis staff
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and storage areas
Knowledge of QSR kitchen operations
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Basic inventory and stock handling knowledge
Team player with positive attitude
Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred
Food safety training is an advantage
1–3 years experience in QSR, cloud kitchen, or restaurant kitchen
