Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook veg snack items such as:
Paratha
Manchurian
Veg Sandwich
Other fast-food/snack items
Ensure taste, quality, and consistency in all dishes
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Handle daily stock management (raw materials, vegetables, groceries)
Monitor inventory and inform management for replenishment
Follow food safety standards and proper storage practices
Support smooth kitchen operations during peak hours
Requirements:
Experience as a cook in cloud kitchen / fast food / snack center preferred
Knowledge of veg snack preparation
Honest, humble, and responsible attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of stock handling and kitchen discipline
