👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, delicious and high-quality dishes as per the restaurant menu.

• Handle daily food preparation and cooking efficiently.

• Follow recipes, portion sizes and quality standards.

• Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety.

• Check the freshness and quality of ingredients.

• Properly handle kitchen equipment and utensils.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.

• Assist in menu preparation and supervise other kitchen staff when required.

• Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Cook, preferably in a restaurant/hotel.

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th / No formal qualification required.

• Good knowledge of cooking techniques, recipes and kitchen hygiene.

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

• Good teamwork, time management and leadership skills.

• Culinary course/certification is an added advantage.
