Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food as per Ate-E-Ate recipes and standards
Handle live kitchen cooking during service hours
Maintain taste, quality, portion control, and speed
Prepare daily kitchen stock (cutting, marination, sauces, etc.)
Maintain complete kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
Wash and clean all utensils and equipment after daily cooking
Manage kitchen closing duties (cleaning, gas off, setup ready for next day)
Handle raw materials carefully and avoid wastage
Assist in checking daily stock and inform for refills
Follow food safety and hygiene practices
Work responsibly, punctually, and honestly
Requirements:
Experience in food cart / café / fast food kitchen preferred
Knowledge of live kitchen operations
Ability to work under pressure and long hours
Physically fit and hygiene-conscious
