Job Title: Continental Cook / Bakery Chef

About Us:
The Rustic Foods is a growing café and bakery focused on fresh, handcrafted dishes and quality ingredients. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Continental Cook / Bakery Chef to join our team and deliver excellent food experiences to our guests.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver high-quality Continental dishes and/or bakery items.

• Set up the kitchen with required utensils and equipment.

• Cook food efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.

• Follow recipes accurately and prepare ingredients in advance.

• Modify recipes based on customer preferences (e.g., no dairy, nut-free).

• Ensure all food items are fresh and discard expired ingredients.

• Maintain hygiene and comply with all health and safety regulations.

• Supervise and support kitchen staff when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th standard acceptable.

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Continental cooking or bakery.

• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, baking methods, and food safety standards.

• Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Teamwork and basic leadership skills.

• Culinary certification or diploma is an added advantage.

• Shift Timings: Flexible, based on business requirements
