Job Description
Bake N Shake is looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing high-quality continental cuisine while maintaining food safety, consistency, and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes according to standard recipes.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed at all times.
Monitor food inventory and assist in stock management.
Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
Work closely with the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
Assist in menu development and introduce new dishes when required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Continental Chef.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or IHM preferred.
Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, sauces, grilling, baking, pasta, sandwiches, steaks, and salads.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible to work rotational shifts.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
