Meal Combo Box Company is a leading Cloud Kitchen, operating 24 hours a day, delivering high-quality meals across multiple brands. We are looking for an experienced Continental Chef (Conti Chef) to join our dynamic kitchen team. The role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook continental dishes (Italian, French, Mediterranean, American, etc.) as per standardized recipes.

• Ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation for delivery orders.

• Manage mise en place, prep work, and section operations efficiently.

• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards.

• Coordinate with inventory and procurement teams for stock management.

• Support menu development and new product trials for online platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Continental Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or cloud kitchen.

• Strong knowledge of sauces, grills, pastas, baked dishes, and plating techniques.

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, 24/7 kitchen setup.

• Willingness to work rotational/multiple shifts.

• Good team coordination and time management skills.
