Hummustaé | Saket, New Delhi

Hummustaé is looking for a skilled and hardworking Commis 1 with experience in Lebanese and Continental cuisine to join our kitchen team at our Saket outlet.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and execute dine-in orders efficiently
Handle Swiggy & Zomato order production and packaging
Prepare breads and assist in kitchen prep
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Assist in inventory reporting and daily kitchen operations
Manage Pet Pooja entries and related operational tasks
Support the team in smooth day-to-day functioning of the outlet

Requirements

Prior experience in Lebanese and Continental cuisine
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Team player with good hygiene and discipline
Basic understanding of kitchen operations and order handling

Job Details

Working Hours: 10.5 hours per day
Weekly Off: 1 day per week
Salary Credit Date: 10th of every succeeding month
Food provided
Accommodation can be provided if required
