We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Continental Cook to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of continental food items, desserts, and beverages while maintaining our quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of Continental dishes as per the company's recipes and standards.

• Prepare pizza bases and pizza-related items. Flour and other required raw materials will be provided by the company.

• Prepare and handle desserts, ice creams, and dessert items.

• Prepare a variety of shakes and beverages.

• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size.

• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking equipment.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.

• Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth daily operations.

• Follow company recipes, SOPs, and preparation methods.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Continental Cook / Commis Chef / Kitchen Staff is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine and food preparation.

• Experience in pizza preparation, desserts, and shakes will be an advantage.

• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn company-specific recipes and processes.

What We Offer

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
