Job Role – Continental ChefHumein Narela, Delhi location ke liye ek experienced aur skilled Continental Chef ki urgent requirement hai. Candidate ko Continental cuisine ki preparation ka practical knowledge hona chahiye aur kitchen operations ko efficiently handle karna aana chahiye.

Key Responsibilities Continental dishes ko standard recipe aur quality ke according prepare karna.

• Kitchen mein food preparation, cooking aur presentation ko efficiently manage karna.

• Ingredients ki proper cutting, preparation aur portioning ensure karna.

• Food quality, taste, presentation aur hygiene standards maintain karna.

• Continental menu ke different dishes prepare karna.

• Kitchen equipment ka proper aur safe use karna.

• Food wastage ko minimum rakhna aur ingredients ka proper utilization karna.

• Kitchen cleanliness aur food safety standards maintain karna.

• Orders ko time par prepare karke serve-ready karna.

• Senior Chef / Kitchen Manager ke instructions ke according kaam karna.

• Kitchen inventory aur required ingredients ke availability par dhyan dena.

• Busy hours mein pressure ke under efficiently kaam karna.

• Food safety aur hygiene guidelines ko strictly follow karna.

• Required Skills Continental cuisine ka practical knowledge hona chahiye.

• Different Continental dishes prepare karne ki ability.

• Good cooking skills aur taste consistency.

• Food presentation ka basic knowledge.

• Kitchen hygiene aur safety standards ki understanding.

• Team ke saath coordinate karke kaam karne ki ability.

• Fast-paced kitchen environment mein efficiently kaam karne ki capability.

• Discipline, punctuality aur responsible attitude.

Candidate Profile Experience: Relevant Continental Chef / Commis / Cook experience preferred.

• Continental cuisine ka practical hands-on experience hona chahiye.

• Candidate immediate joining ke liye available hona chahiye.

• Delhi/NCR candidates preferred, lekin accommodation available hone ki wajah se other locations ke candidates bhi apply kar sakte hain.

• Hardworking, reliable aur long-term kaam karne ka attitude hona chahiye.
