Job Summary:
Fukrey Cafe is looking for a hardworking and dedicated Commi 3 to support our kitchen operations. The candidate will assist chefs, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth functioning of the kitchen area.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs in basic food preparation and kitchen tasks.
Wash utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment properly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and ingredients.
Dispose of kitchen waste as per hygiene standards.
Support kitchen staff during busy hours.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of kitchen work (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Team player with a positive attitude.
