Job location: Andheri, Thane

Job timing: Rotational 9 hr shifts

11 am to 9 pm 

3 pm to 12 pm 

5 pm to 2 am

Working days: 6 days working. Rotational off (between Monday to Thursday)

Salary: Rs 13000 plus service charge and cash tips (for Commi 3)

Rs 16000 plus service charge and cash tips (for Commi 2)

Job Title: Commis 3/2 (Kitchen Staff)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Commis 3/2 to support kitchen operations and assist senior chefs in daily food preparation. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates eager to learn and grow in the culinary field while maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in basic food preparation (cutting, chopping, peeling, marination)

• Support Commis 2, CDP, and senior chefs during service

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

• Properly store food items as per SOPs

• Help in receiving and storing kitchen supplies

• Ensure minimum wastage of raw materials

• Follow instructions and kitchen schedules
  

Requirements

• Basic culinary knowledge or hotel management certificate preferred

• Freshers can apply

• Willingness to learn and take instructions

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Physically fit for kitchen work
