About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Commis 2 – Continental Chef to join our cloud kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Continental cuisine, strong kitchen discipline, and the ability to maintain consistent taste and quality during high-volume operations.

Important Note

We operate in the healthy meal segment, so candidates with prior experience in a healthy meal / fitness food / nutrition-focused kitchen will be preferred.

Candidates who have experience in developing or creating healthy meal menus, experimenting with nutritious recipes, or adapting Continental dishes into healthier versions will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Continental dishes according to standard recipes and portion sizes.

• Assist in developing and preparing healthy, balanced, and high-protein meals.

• Support the development of new menu items based on customer preferences and nutrition requirements.

• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portioning, and nutritional quality.

• Handle mise en place and ensure ingredients are prepared and stocked on time.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.

• Manage orders efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality.

• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper ingredient usage.

• Keep the workstation and kitchen equipment clean and organized.
  

Skills Required

• 1–4 years of experience as a Commis 2 / Commis Chef.

• Experience in Continental cuisine.

• Knowledge of Veg and Non-Veg preparations.

• Experience in healthy meal preparation is highly preferred.

• Understanding of healthy cooking techniques, portion control, and ingredient substitutions is an advantage.

• Ability to contribute ideas for new healthy menu development.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume cloud kitchen.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
