We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Commi 2 – Pastry & Confectionery to join our pastry team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in pastry and bakery production, with good knowledge of desserts, confectionery and product presentation.

Candidates with prior experience in making waffles will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, cakes, desserts, confectionery and bakery products.

• Prepare and maintain consistency in products as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.

• Handle waffle preparation and related toppings, sauces and accompaniments.

• Assist in preparation of creams, fillings, mousses, sauces, batters and other pastry components.

• Support the team in daily production and ensure timely completion of orders.

• Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation in the pastry kitchen.

• Follow FIFO, food safety and proper storage procedures.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and equipment.

• Assist senior pastry chefs in new product development and presentation.

• Minimize wastage and maintain efficient use of raw materials.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Pastry & Confectionery.

• Hands-on experience in bakery and dessert production.

• Knowledge of waffles, cakes, pastries, desserts and creams will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
