Follow recipes and instructions from the Head Chef or Sous Chef
Prepare ingredients (cutting, chopping, marinating, portioning)
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
Ensure proper storage of food and ingredients
Support the team during busy service hours
Check stock and inform seniors about shortages
Required Skills
Basic experience in a Chinese kitchen or similar role
