Hiring: Commis 1 (Chinese Cuisine Specialist)
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Commis 1 Cook with strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in menu preparation and food presentation.
Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency at all times.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Commis 1 or similar role in a Chinese restaurant, hotel, or catering establishment.
Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, sauces, ingredients, and wok cooking.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
