We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both Chinese and Continental cuisine and be capable of handling a fast-paced cafe/restaurant kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality Chinese and Continental dishes.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen sanitation at all times.
Follow food safety standards and proper storage practices.
Create attractive and professional plating for all dishes.
Manage kitchen operations efficiently during service.
Minimize food wastage and maintain inventory responsibly.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
