Job Description – Commis / DCDP
Position: Commis / Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Interview: Face-to-Face Interview
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
Prepare dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Handle mise-en-place before service.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Coordinate with senior chefs during busy service hours.
Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
Keep the workstation clean and organized.
Candidate Requirements
Relevant experience as Commis / DCDP in restaurants, hotels, or fine-dining outlets.
Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good grooming, hygiene, and teamwork skills.
Candidates who can attend a face-to-face interview in Mumbai will be preferred.
