Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook South Indian dishes as per standardized recipes and portion sizes.
Manage order billing and dispatch coordination through Swiggy and Zomato.
Ensure adherence to food production, hygiene, and quality SOPs.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as per prescribed procedures.
Monitor inventory, track stock consumption, and coordinate supplier purchases.
Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations and timely order fulfillment.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in a professional, restaurant, or cloud kitchen.
Strong understanding of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Familiarity with Swiggy/Zomato order management and billing processes.
Basic English communication skills.
Strong commitment to food safety, hygiene, and process discipline.
