Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese and Continental dishes as per standard recipes
Ensure taste, presentation, and portioning meet brand standards
Assist Chef in menu planning and new dish development
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards
Properly handle, store, and label food items
Ensure minimum wastage of raw materials
Follow kitchen SOPs and safety guidelines
Coordinate with team members for smooth kitchen operations
Maintain stock levels and inform seniors about shortages
