Job Summary:

Commis I to assist senior chef in food preparation and cooking. Responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene, organization, and food quality in their assigned section.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.

• Assist the Chef in daily kitchen operations.

• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available for service.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen area.

• Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices.

• Help with mise en place (food prep) for the next shift.

• Work as part of a team to ensure timely and quality food service.

• Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Basic culinary training or diploma preferred.

• 1-2+years of continental experience in a similar role.

• Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
