We’re Hiring: Commis I (Comm I) – Kitchen Team
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commis I to join our culinary team at INEJ Digital Lounge. The ideal candidate should have hands-on kitchen experience, a strong understanding of food preparation, and the ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as per standard recipes
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor for replenishment
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as Commis I or similar role
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred
Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
