Position: Commi Chef

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and cooking of dishes as per standard recipes

• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards as per FSSAI guidelines

• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations

• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials

• Maintain cleanliness of work station and kitchen equipment

• Follow SOPs and food presentation standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Commi / CDP in restaurant, café or hotel

• Basic knowledge of Continental / Indian / Multi-cuisine (mention as per requirement)

• Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

• Team player with positive attitude

Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred

• Relevant culinary certification is an added advantage
