
Job Title: Commi 1 – Chinese & Indian Chef Location: Borivali – TCS Office Salary: ■22,000 Net Take Home Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Commi 1 – Chinese & Indian Chef to manage daily food preparation and service at the TCS office kitchen in Borivali. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both Chinese and Indian cuisine and be capable of handling bulk cooking operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook Chinese & Indian dishes as per company standards. • Handle daily mise en place and pre-preparation before service. • Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards. • Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage. • Follow hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines). • Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth kitchen operations. • Manage service during peak hours. • Maintain cleanliness of workstation and kitchen equipment. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in Chinese & Indian cooking. • Experience in corporate / industrial kitchen preferred. • Ability to handle bulk food production (100+ meals). • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. • Team player with good coordination skills.
