Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in cooking Indian and Chinese vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as per the menu and required standards.

• Food preparation, and kitchen operations.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food items.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, canteen, workstations, and surrounding areas.

• Assist in canteen maintenance and daily operational activities.

• Counter handling and customer service.

• Handle billing and cash counter operations as assigned.

• Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct at the workplace.

• Perform any other duties related to canteen and kitchen operations as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Commi / Cook in a canteen, restaurant, cafeteria, hotel, or similar food service establishment.

• Knowledge of Indian and Chinese cuisine.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced canteen environment.

• Female candidates preferred

Working Conditions

• Duty Hours: 9 hours per day

• Working Days: 6 days a week , 1 day week - off

• Salary range: ₹22,000 to ₹25,000 per month (depending on previous experience and skills)

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
