🔥 Role: Commis – Kitchen In-Charge

📍 Location: Bangalore – Multiple Locations

What will you be responsible for?

👨‍🍳 Kitchen Operations

• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth shift functioning.

• Ensure food is prepared as per Leon’s recipes, standards and SOPs.

• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and product quality.

✅ Product Quality & Food Safety

• Ensure all products meet the required quality standards.

• Monitor preparation, portioning, storage and hygiene standards.

• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and kitchen SOPs.

👥 Team Handling

• Lead, guide and train kitchen team members.

• Allocate responsibilities during shifts and ensure manpower is utilized effectively.

• Support new team members in learning processes and product standards.

📋 SOP & Compliance

• Ensure all kitchen SOPs and processes are followed consistently.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.

• Monitor wastage and ensure efficient utilization of raw materials.

📈 Performance & Improvement

• Identify operational gaps and take corrective action.

• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager / Operations Team to improve kitchen performance.

• Support product trials, new product launches and implementation of new processes.

🎯 What are we looking for?

• Experience in QSR / Restaurant / Food & Beverage operations

• Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation

• Strong understanding of food quality, hygiene and SOPs

• Ability to handle and motivate a team

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced QSR environment

• Candidates with relevant QSR experience will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
