Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Commi 1, Commi 2 & Commi 3 team members to join our kitchen operations. The candidate will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring timely production as per Bakingo's recipes and SOPs.

Commi 3 – Entry Level

• Assist in basic food preparation and kitchen activities.

• Handle cleaning, cutting, weighing, and basic mise en place.

• Learn and follow recipes and kitchen SOPs.

• Maintain workstation hygiene and organization.

Commi 2 – Intermediate

• Independently handle assigned preparation and production tasks.

• Ensure quality and consistency of products.

• Guide Commi 3 team members when required.

• Manage mise en place and production according to the schedule.

Commi 1 – Senior Level

• Independently manage the assigned kitchen section.

• Ensure timely production and consistent product quality.

• Guide and supervise Commi 2 and Commi 3 team members.

• Monitor wastage, raw material usage, hygiene, and SOP compliance.

• Coordinate with the Chef/Supervisor for daily production requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• 10th/12th pass or relevant culinary qualification preferred.

• Prior experience in a bakery, QSR, restaurant, cloud kitchen, or food production environment is preferred.

• Freshers may be considered for Commi 3 based on suitability.

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Good teamwork, discipline, and time-management skills.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
