Prepare and cook high-quality, fresh, and tasty food according to the café's recipes and standards.
Ensure excellent food presentation and maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
Follow proper food storage, handling, and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and reduce waste.
Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
Coordinate with the Café Manager regarding stock availability, low inventory, and ingredient requirements to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Assist in stock control, inventory management, and minimizing food wastage.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, well-maintained, and used safely.
Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining food quality and timely service.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and handle special food requests when required.
Comply with all company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
