We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chinese & Fast Food Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing Chinese and fast food dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and food quality.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Chinese dishes such as momos, noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli potato, spring rolls, and other menu items.
Prepare fast food items such as burgers, fries, sandwiches, wraps, and snacks.
Ensure food is prepared quickly while maintaining consistent quality.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Store food ingredients properly and monitor stock levels.
Follow food safety standards and kitchen procedures.
Assist in menu improvements and introduce new recipes when required.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience as a Chinese or Fast Food Cook.
Good knowledge of Chinese sauces, spices, and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Punctual, honest, and responsible.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
