Prepare and cook all types of Chinese dishes including noodles, fried rice, momos, soups, gravies, and starters.
Ensure authentic taste, quality, and presentation of food.
Maintain food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
Manage food preparation, stock usage, and ingredient storage.
Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
Monitor food quality and minimize wastage.
Assist in menu development and new dish creation when required.
Requirements:
Must have experience in preparing all Chinese cuisine items.
Knowledge of Nepali-style Chinese cooking is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
