Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per menu standards.

Handle wok cooking, frying, steaming, grilling, and sauce preparation.

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are maintained consistently.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.

Monitor stock levels and inform management about raw material requirements.

Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations during service hours.

Develop new Chinese menu items and special dishes when required.

Ensure timely food preparation and service.
