Chinese Cook

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chinese Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing authentic Chinese cuisine, including a variety of soups, starters, noodles, rice dishes, gravies, and specialty items. The candidate should ensure high standards of taste, hygiene, presentation, and consistency in every dish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Chinese dishes (both veg & non-veg).

• Develop and innovate new menu items based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.

• Maintain quality, taste, portion size, and presentation of dishes.

• Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

• Manage stock levels of raw materials and assist in inventory control.

• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in Chinese cooking techniques.

• Work with management to control food costs and minimize wastage.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or specialized cook.

• Knowledge of popular Chinese cuisines (Hakka, Sichuan, Cantonese, Indo-Chinese).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

• Strong sense of taste, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Team player with good communication skills.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
