Key Responsibilities
Prepare and supervise the production of frozen Chinese food products such as Momos, Spring Rolls, Noodles,Manchurian, Sauces, and other ready-to-cook items.
Develop and standardize recipes for large-scale production while maintaining taste, texture, and quality.
Ensure consistency in seasoning, portion size, and product quality across all batches.
Monitor ingredient quality and maintain inventory of raw materials.
Follow SOPs, production schedules, and batch records.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Maintain proper cold chain, freezing, storage, and thawing procedures.
Minimize wastage and optimize raw material utilization.
Train and guide production helpers and kitchen staff.
Coordinate with the Quality and Production teams to achieve daily production targets.
Assist in developing new frozen food products and improving existing recipes based on market trends.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and bulk food production.
Experience in Momos, Spring Rolls, Manchurian, Noodles, Sauces.
Understanding of frozen food manufacturing and shelf-life management.
Knowledge of recipe standardization, portion control, and cost control.
Familiarity with HACCP/FSSAI guidelines and food safety practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
