We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef with hands-on experience in preparing authentic Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in Chinese cooking techniques, sauces, and presentation, while maintaining hygiene and food quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes such as noodles, rice, gravies, starters, and sauces

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation

• Manage food preparation and kitchen operations for Chinese section

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards

• Control portion size and minimize food wastage

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations

• Monitor stock levels and inform management for procurement

• Follow SOPs and standard recipes

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Chinese Chef / Chinese Cook

• Knowledge of Indo-Chinese & authentic Chinese dishes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

• Team player with good time management skills

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
