Role- Guest Service Associate & Trainee Chef

Department- Food and Beverage Service & Food Production

Education Qualification required: 10th Pass and above

Remuneration:

• Monthly Cost to Company (CTC): INR 16000 (Sixteen Thousand)

• Take home salary 11500 (10000+1500 DBT)

• Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

• Weekly Off: One weekly off per week (any day between Monday and Thursday)

Growth Plan:

• After completing 6 months of job with Barbeque Nation, employees will undergo a performance assessment. Based on this assessment, they will be promoted to the next level. After promotion, take home salary would be revised to 15500 + Incentive.

Job Description of Guest Service Associate (F&B Service Dept.)

·         Ensure a smooth and steady flow of service to guests, responding promptly to their needs.

·         Coordinate with the Senior GSA, chefs, and barkers to manage starters and table service efficiently.

·         Safely handle and place/remove grills to provide safe service to guests.

·         Assist senior staff by re-laying tables or stepping in when they’re busy.

·         Actively contribute to guest delight through service excellence.

·         Maintain grooming standard as per company policy

·         Follow safety protocol as per company guideline

·         Understand instruction & support the requirement of the starter through proper co-ordination with Sr. GSA & barker

·         Handling Misc-en-place & Misc-en-Scene

Job Description of Range Chef (Food Production Dept.)

·         Possess foundational knowledge of the production department.

·         Capable of executing basic culinary activities such as cutting and chopping.

·         Work in coordination with the Senior Range Chef to support timely food delivery and maintain service standards.

·         Maintain food Safety & Standard Protocol

·         Follow the safety guideline
