Chief Cook

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cook with expertise in preparing a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian fast foods, snacks, and light meals. The candidate should be capable of ensuring high-quality food preparation while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian fast-food items, snacks, and light meals.

• Ensure food is prepared according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times.

• Monitor food quality and ensure freshness of ingredients.

• Manage kitchen inventory and assist in stock control of raw materials and supplies.

• Minimize food wastage through proper handling and storage practices.

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely preparation and service of food.

• Follow all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Cook, Fast Food Cook, Snack Cook, or similar role.

• Experience in preparing a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian fast-food products and snacks.

• Good knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in restaurants, cafés, food courts, fast-food outlets, or catering establishments.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
