We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef with hands-on experience in preparing both Indian and Continental cuisines. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary expertise, maintain high food quality and hygiene standards, and efficiently manage kitchen operations while ensuring an excellent dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of Indian and Continental dishes.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
Plan daily menus and introduce innovative dishes based on customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in compliance with food safety standards.
Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of ingredients.
Minimize food wastage and ensure cost-effective kitchen operations.
Supervise and guide kitchen staff to maintain operational efficiency.
Ensure all food is prepared and served within the required timelines.
Follow standard recipes and portion control to maintain consistency.
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
