Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Chef to join our restaurant kitchen team. The candidate should have good knowledge of Continental cuisine, food preparation, presentation, and kitchen hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Continental dishes such as pasta, pizza, sandwiches, burgers, steaks, grilled dishes, soups, salads, and other international cuisine items.

• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, portion sizes, and presentation.

• Handle food preparation, sauces, dressings, marinades, and kitchen ingredients.

• Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in every order.

• Ensure proper food storage, freshness, and stock rotation.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.

• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.

• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper inventory of kitchen ingredients.

• Assist in menu development and suggest new dishes when required.

• Follow kitchen safety procedures and maintain discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar kitchen role.

• Good knowledge of Continental cooking techniques and ingredients.

• Ability to manage multiple orders during busy service hours.

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management.

• Good teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain food quality and presentation standards.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
